Hi this is Chris Morgan you're listening to the wild on KUOW over the next hour we're going to be playing past episodes from our podcast and today it's all about the power of spending time out in nature, what it does for your mind and body.

It feels like a topic that comes up a lot these days as so many people are looking for ways to clear the mind in our busy world.

I feel very fortunate. I love wild places and I spend a lot of time in them,
