First Timothy 2 and verse 1.

He said, I exhort, therefore, that first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men.

Now, you could lump all that together and call it prayer in a general sense, and yet there are different ways of praying.

Prayer, supplication, excuse me, supplication.

The word supplicate is almost akin, well, maybe I won't say that.

It would have, it would include the idea of a plea, a plea, a pleading, supplicate.

And there are times when you don't have, well, let me say it like this, you can't stand on

justice.

If you get justice or your people get justice, you're in trouble.

But oh, thank God, his mercy endures forever.
