Shocking new revelations are coming forward about Britney Spears and her dad and get this.

He may have had a restraining order against him when it comes to Britney's children.

Ooh. A new court filing from Britney Spears's lawyer adds new details to a previously reported physical

altercation between Brittany's father and one of her teen age sons.

So in August 2019, the court issued a multi-year, a multi-year domestic violence, restraining order

against Mr Spears, requiring him to stay away from Britney's children and their father, Kevin, Federlines.

So Britney's new lawyer is putting all this dirty laundry out in the public, probably

rightfully so after what the dad has been doing to Brittany.

The new documents mention the restraining order and also really recap about why Mr. Spears needs to be immediately suspended as the Conservatoire.

So back in 2019, there were lots of reports about an altercation between Jamie Spears and Britney's then 19-year-old son, Sean Preston.

We didn't really get much information about it.

I did some reporting on it, but we certainly didn't know there was a restraining order.

At the time, Entertainment Tonight reported they got into a verbal argument,

but nothing about anything physical.

Also at the time, People magazine did report there was physical contact between the two
