staring through it but this is slightly different wrestle me yeah and what we're going to have a

quick chat about today is something that's obviously been blowing up it's basically been a sort of allegations about serious sexual assault and rape across the British

wrestling scene. It's widened out into challenging sort of homophobia and racism and

bullying and sexual offenses within wrestling not just in Britain but also

across the US as well. The hashtag has been hashtag speaking out. Really what we've seen is there just been the

the like like the lifting of a stone

and it's revealed the rot underneath

very much in an industry that's traditionally flown beneath the radar.

Now this is the biggest story in British wrestling history.

This is a huge story about a very popular but cult activity in Britain today and it just has not

been picked up by the mainstream press at all which I found really astonishing. In wrestling itself this is

such a not just a big issue but an important issue and one that is I think

only getting bigger as the days go on really and it seems astonishing that it just

reminds you how wrestling is seen as being something I think almost so

irrelevant and pointless that even when something seismic happens within it

there is no interest from the wider world

slightly what that tells you as well is why things like this have been able to happen

which is there isn't the same scrutiny for this scene as there would be many many others

certainly not in a sports term have you have you seen much about it?

I really haven't if I'm completely honest I had obviously we've got a couple of WhatsApp groups I've heard from,

mate who's kind of across it, he's friends with a few wrestlers and part of the scene.
