Sarah Jostle is, I mean, she's as big as beauty editors get in England. She has a new book, Diary of a Beauty Editor. I mean, it's long, but you can eat this up in like a night because I completely consumed it. She sent it to me as a PDF and I devoured it. So much useful information. Even somebody like me, I've been in the beauty industry over 20 years and I learned a lot. And also, she's just delightful. Everybody loves Sarah. I hope you love her too after this. But first, I need to tell you, I just got back from Paris. That sounds very lauddy freaking da. But when I was on the trip, I was thinking I need to talk to you all about it. One, I went with the fragrance brand, Gourlin, and yes, it's pronounced Gourlin

for years of my life. I pronounced it Gourlain until my old boss said, Gourlin, so love you,

miss you, Jane, but it's Gourlin if you want to sound very fancy. And I hosted a master class there. Now, what was I doing hosting the master class?

I hosted a fragrance master class with their master perfumer. Her name is Delphine Yalk. And she is

super, unsurprisingly, super chic, super smart. She became a master perfumer when she was 28 years old. She's been with the brand for

like 14 years now. In the fragrance world, this is pretty rare stuff. So we did the fragrance

master class, but that's not even the meat of what I wanted to share. It was the master class was

for fragrance influencers. And perhaps you are a fragrance influencer

listening to this now so there's influencers like you're you're running the mill influencer

but there's lots of influencers in the world and then there's somebody referred to me once on

the trip this was a kind of made maybe giggled. They said,

legacy media. I felt like I was on CBS news or something. I was legacy media. And then there is

this middle tier of experts, like people who are super niche at what they do. And we have many

folks who listening to the show who are

this, I'm talking to you, you are this person. Super niche, double down, deep dive expert in what

you do. So this was for some of the world's top fragrance influencers. And I got to ride around

with them, have meals, obviously do the master class for them in the

morning with Delphine Yalk. It was awesome because fragrance people, if you're listening,

you might be one. We are deeply passionate, deeply specific, hyper specific, and really into
