So you're a manager, first month in the job manager, the month must be buzzing, innit?

I obviously good to get the recognition, but again, I want it, it kind of falls on the

players and all the people around about you.

So it's going to be plain sailing, so we speak for me coming in and doing training and

stuff and just enjoying being on the pitch to be preferring us.

I know, I mean, it's one of these ones that even when I was just kind of so a player,

I was 29, so I was probably the oldest or other in the team, so I think you had that respect
