It's so easy to sit behind your computer screen and just type off an all-caps angry email or a nasty

tweet or a

you know disparage someone in a Facebook group

that's really easy to do because you're hiding by hand

your computer screen and and it's somewhat easy to forget that there's an actual

human being on the other end of that and who is reading that and experiencing that.

And we are definitely moving toward a intrinsic reminder that we're all humans.

You know, I go to the grocery store and I see people waiting in line for the cashier instead of using the self-checkout

Like self-checkouts. I mean they're still busy, but people would rather have that interaction with the cashier than use the self checkout.

Maybe because the self check out technology sucks sometimes.

But you know, I really think there's something to

grow a business.

and yes, in the world of software, we talk about automating everything,

and how is it going to scale and doing scalable things

to grow a business.

But sometimes the most impactful thing that you can do might not scale at all and it might not be able to be automated

Or you can only automate so much of it before a real human being has to get involved.
