So it keeps our cost low to have that.

The person who's led healthcare for eons, like I said, history, has been nursing.

They've been anybody else, right?

It's been nursing who's led health care for years, right?

It's supported both levels and all levels.

So we feel like having a nurse or a nurse practitioner in this case is the play of both worlds, right?

And it helps us keep a lay in the community and understand the

whole gamut of healthcare. So we keep our costs low in that perspective. But I really do a lot

of management of money. And so we call it kind of a Robin Hood kind of thing. I take all these ways

that rich individuals have made money. I try to apply it to how we move money and shake money. We've been very

successful in doing some of that, and we take that money and pump it right back in the community.
