Bo did a great job of covering the show for me while I was traveling, enjoying the sun,

relaxation, and just the kudos for being married for 14 years, or I guess it was the kudos for my wife

for putting up with me for 14 years. But before we started the show and before going

give out the website of money-guy.com, you said you had a little piece, a little ditty that you'd

like to share. Well, can you, and you might be leading in this, but do you realize, well,

because it's not Friday right now, we were actually recording late on Wednesday afternoon. That's

correct. Do you know what's kind of sentimental about this show, what's kind of like an emotional

thing about this, about this very show that we're doing today? I'm trying to think if there's

some mathematical thing. Some big thing that's changing in the life with the money guy here in

the next week. Oh, we're moving. This is, this is the last, I mean, this is where it all started.

And these four walls is where the money guy was originated. And this is the last show that

will ever be syndicated from this. I don't know syndicated with the right word, but this is the

last show that I'll be recorded from, from this studio. Yeah, Bo kind of let the cat out of the bag.

We are recording this show much earlier because we're moving. Our office building was purchased

by an investor who, who overplayed his hand and tried to come in and triple the rent. We quickly

realized and said, do you not realize where this business is located? It is not exactly a booming

economy right now. So we went and did a little market research on what we had around us and

we found out even nicer facility that the landlord was willing to renovate for us.

And the rents go down. So we went and told our new landlord, hey, by the way, we're out of here.
