Today we're focusing on this truth, this reality.

Our mistakes don't keep us from God.

In fact, we can bring our mistakes to Jesus, and he keeps forgiving us.

Things we do wrong cannot make us far from God.

Wow.

So I want to invite you to bring your mistakes to him today.

He's willing. He's wanting, he's able. He's here now.

And before we give him our mistakes, let's review this.

He already knows. He already knows.

He already knew.

So with confidence, assurance,

we bring to him the mistakes he already knows about,

and he knows about all of them.

So we bring, we bring those things that are embarrassing, humiliating, and even debilitating.

With your eyes closed,

imagine the most humiliating and embarrassing mistake of your whole life.

And I want you to see yourself actually placing it at his feet.

And now he takes it, and now it's gone.

Removed, absorbed, forgotten, forgiven, forever.

And now with your eyes closed, imagine Jesus gets down on his knees. And there you are on the ground.

Feeling all the emotions that come with humiliating mistakes,

but he's there.
