I just wrapped up a four-night cruise on Royal Caribbean's Brilliance of the Seas,

and this week I'm reviewing my time on board with a friend who's never sailed on brilliance

or a ship of that size with Royal Caribbean.

We'll talk about what makes Brilliance different and what we liked on board.

You know, these days, when it comes to Royal Caribbean, crew ships, a lot of attention goes to the newest and largest ships out there.

But Royal Caribbean has quite a fleet of ships and size isn't everything,

or so they say, and that also applies to cruise ships because Royal Caribbean's radiance class

is among, I think, one of the best ships out there. And I have come to appreciate one in

particular, brilliance of the seas. I've been on her now four times,

having just completed a four-night Western Caribbean cruise,

and not only did I get to cruise on Brilliance of the Seas for my fourth time,

but I got to bring a friend of mine to try out not only the ship,

but this class of ships for their first time,

and a self-admitted small ship

lover.
