Okay, so I wanted to share my Rule 3.

because I truly believe in the rule of three. And I don't even know if it's a thing. I probably

just made it up, but it works. I'm telling you it works. So really, I kind of use it in everything

in my life, but mostly with my business and to stay motivated and to get my

tasks done. And so I'm kind of going to teach you what I do. And I feel like it's a lot of the

reason for success and also the reason that I feel like I can get so much accomplished in one day. So I'll just break it down

for you a little bit. So one of the reasons I love the rule of three is because I feel like

when you do things in three, it's super simple. I feel like when you try to make too many goals or do too many tasks, it's overwhelming.

Nobody wants to do that.

And I feel like when I get overwhelmed, I kind of shut down and I actually am the worst because then I don't want to do anything.

Let's just just pack me in. I'm going to take a nap. I got to take a nap. I'm done. Yeah. I don't want to do anything. Right. Let's just pack me. I'm going to take a nap. I got to take a nap. I'm done. Yeah. And I do. When I have so much going on, and I don't know if anybody else feels like this, but it becomes too much. And I almost can't function to get anything accomplished. I've seen this be a big challenge, actually. So I want to go over one thing that you did say. When you talk about the rule of three, anybody can handle three items in a single day. I think what happens is sometimes we'll hear something or we'll get motivated or we'll read something or we'll listen to a podcast and we'll get excited and we'll be like, okay, I'm going to go tackle the world. So I'm going to do these 18 things and they're on my list every day and you're going to burn out.
