Access sport employ industry leading and highly qualified staff who are active within the sport industry.

It develops students and prepare for them for life as effectively as possible. The rigors of that industry include coaches,

physios and sports science staff who work in professional academies and teachers who are qualified to a master's level within their field.

There's loads and loads of technology that access use. I've seen some of it quite recently.

Coaching sessions and games using coaches voice and sports session planner and it allows students and players and other coaches and parents to see the sessions being delivered.

And it allows those students to learn from those coaches and professional clubs around the world and develop further.

Practical sessions are recorded using VEO cameras which is an automated camera which allows players to build up a montage of footage to centre clubs or to US colleges to gain scholarships.

The students benefit from the immersive environment to help them experience roles and develop their skills. They don't deliver their programs in big buildings but more in real sports environments such as football clubs, leisure centres and state of the art football hubs.

It is a realistic sport experience and environment and if you do know people who will be interested in this do share with them.

We aren't that pleased to be talking about Liverpool football club at the moment Philip.

It is it's the most concerning performance of the season it's the most concerning setup of the season.

I'll say and I want to go on to talk about the shape because I think people who said that the shape is a tweak are absolutely kidding themselves.

It was it was hugely different.

But the first and most concerning before me is it managed to sort of combine the worst bits of all the bad performances so far this season into one on a holy mess.

There's been games where we played badly there's been games where we've been unlucky.

And when you've been unlucky you can go well you know we've had a bit of hard lines but everything else was acceptable or something like that.

There's bad decisions from players there's bad decisions from managers but on Saturday it was everything bar the bad luck.
