| 0:21.0 | rice exports and is causing kind of global panic in terms of rice and we also have the wheat situation because of what's happening in Ukraine with the port of Odessa. |

| 0:34.0 | But I'm also going to bring you something that I think is very inspiring today. |
| 0:41.0 | And it's a very somewhat difficult story to share with you. It's very personal. |
| 0:49.0 | And it, well, just to say it bluntly, I'm going to share with you today the details, the photos, everything, including the blood, all of it. |
| 1:00.0 | I almost became, I suffered a severe injury, a couple of months ago, almost became an amputee of one of my fingers. |
| 1:09.0 | And it was almost lost, almost lost my finger. |
| 1:14.0 | A severe laceration cut right through the lateral ligaments of my finger, cut right through the blood supply, cut right through the nerves. |
| 1:24.0 | Amazingly the bone was okay, although I'm sure it was fractured. |
| 1:30.0 | And I probably partial laceration of the primary ligament for the finger. |
| 1:38.0 | So I suffered a very, very severe injury. And it's been just a little over two months and it's almost fully healed, which is basically miraculous. |
| 1:52.0 | I'm going to show you the photos and I have a whole segment on that for you. |
| 1:56.0 | The first few photos of bloody just to warn you. And then the photos at the end, you're just going to think it's impossible. |
