Let's get you completely up to speed.

We'll start with Ford.

They will plot five sub-40K vehicles.

Not all of them will be fully V, by the way. One of them, of course, will be

the electric maverick. Don't call it a maverick. Ford don't, but it's going to be an electric

equivalent to the maverick, isn't it? And so that's coming next year on their universal

EV platform. Ford have confirmed as well that e-rev versions of their trucks will

be coming. That's probably a pragmatic choice if you are selling them in the United States to a certain

audience who want to use those vehicles for a certain use. It means that also if you really want to

go and visit a gas station, you can. No one's stopping you. But of course, you can still

plug them in. The engine's only a generator. And those EREV versions will come to the F-150

lightning next year. They say 700 miles of total range is the target. I suspect that when people

start plugging them in overnight, very cheap, that they will all of a sudden

do a lot of electric miles with that little safety blanket of the gas tank if you need it.

Volkswagen's ID Polo has been spotted testing ahead of its global launch later in 2026,

alongside a GTI variant now confirmed

as well, built on MEP Plus architecture. Same size as the petrol polo. Should be around

25,000 euros when it launches, but wait for some offers and things like that, and that'll

come below 20. I have no doubt. ID Polar will be a pretty small

...
