Let's start with some news coming in about BMW talking about when they think the end will be for combustion cars.

Spoiler alert, it was last year.

The CFO has been doing a media roundtable and Walter Myrtle saying that the tipping point for combustion was already surpassed in terms of the growth story at BMW. They don't see the future being combustion. They see the future being what it was. 15% of their business was EV last year globally and it will be 33% in 2026. The Neuze platform is arriving with six new vehicles coming. And they say,

not only are all their EVs profitable, but now they're talking about profit parity. Two different

things, aren't they? So they make money for EVs, and now they want them to make more money

than the very profitable combustion cars they were selling. And that, they say, is 2026. So exciting.

Porsche, unveiling the date of the McCann EV after

me talking loads about it yesterday on the podcast since I hit publish, they said January 25th,

with a new image posted on their Porsche website. We'll find out more details than the CanEV Jan 25th.

Q4 data coming in for the United States pure EV market, and it was growing once again a 29% growth in the fourth quarter with once again Tesla having over 50% of the entire market share.

So different to Europe and China, Tesla still actually dominates there.

More choice is coming, and that's been the story of last year and will be this

year for my US listeners, a big diversity of choice on the way. Dodge on their social media

account today unveiling the Charger Daytona S.R.T. The more details in pre-production format looks

exactly like the concept car that we saw 15 months ago or so, coming with 800 horsepower,

800 volt power train, four-wheel drive, and just surpassing anything that the combustion stuff

has done, like the Hellcat versions. It's coming this year, by the way. It's going to be ready

sometime in 2024, that charge of Daytona Sart. The South Korean battery company, SK On, talking about how
