Polestar's debuting the Polestar 5 at IAA in Munich.

This is 100,000 euro plus vehicle, 112 kilowatt hour gross battery, three seconds, nought to 60.

Properly high performance This Polestar's new

flagship, no rear screen again. Those high-deaf cameras, honestly, they're fine on the

Waltzor 4. They're on. Leap Motors B-05, the electric hatchback going right up against

vehicles like the ID3, the new electric golf that'll come. What's it going to cost, though? Well, we don't know, but the latest car, the B5 from the Leap Motors Stalantis Partnership, is coming in 2026. Scoda have shown off their new estate concept. It's not coming for a couple of years. I owned a Skoda Octavia back in the day before I got

into EVs. I love estate cars. I'd rather one than over an SUV. This is 800 volt SSP platform

from Volkswagen Group using the Scotter styling. They call it modern solid, but with all of the

estate or wagon benefits. And this thing looks fantastic as well.

RIMATs is debuting their new solid state battery. That's a really big deal. And their new

E-axle. They've got orders in the book for 2026 on these. RIMATs technology, obviously very well

known for high-tech and high-performance hyper cars. But there's so much more

to rematch these days. Lucid, a couple of stories from them. The Gravity made its European debut

at the IAA show, starting at 117,000 euros, but the gravity is obviously three row and a fantastic

vehicle. And also Lucid saying they will expand into eight more markets in Europe. So 12 in total.

Earlier in the year, they talked about being in the big five. So UK, Germany, France, Italy,

Spain, plus more the likes of Switzerland, Norway, Belgium, Denmark as well. CATL is going to bring

two new battery packs to European customers. A new battery pack

rated for 12 years and a lithium ion phosphate pack, which will charge, they didn't give the C

rate for it that I could find at least, but they gave a miles per minute number, but doesn't
