get that great 800-volt EGMP platform, but not any access to the federal tax credit.

That could be a deal breaker. Now, Elon Musk turned up on Joe Rogan's podcast. Fourth time,

he's done it. Always good publicity for, think both of them when that happens and Joe Rogan

tested the truck by shooting it with his compound bow and the arrow exploded and the vehicle

survived. And what a surprise. Elon Musk didn't say too much more about the vehicle that we didn't

know, not to 60 miles an hour, less than three seconds is what they're aiming for. But that wasn't

an official spec. He said, look, wait till November 30th. We'll tell you more. Tesla won a jury verdict,

and that was in California over a 2019 incident. They were accused of autopilot being the

floor in a nine to three result. The jury said it was human error. This could be something

to watch because there are obviously state and federal authorities now concerning Tesla and

more investigations to come into full self-driving. The UAW, fresh off their win over the big

three, is eyeing up Tesla as their next big prize to boost

their membership and the union's influence in the EV transition, but it's going to be difficult

for them to go into Tesla where there's no history of unionized working.
