This is Mike Gomer Gormley, and I am just giving you a brief message and update.

We have this week and last week off because, well, both me and Dave have pretty intense emergency situations with our family.

Both of our spouses had to undergo surgery. Please keep Dave

and Amber in your prayers for continued healing and we would love some for our family as well.

I also wanted to hop on here saying we will be back next week. I'm already working on a series of

shows to take us deeper into the theology of atonement and the cross and what does redemption mean

from a Catholic perspective.

One of the obstacles to evangelization is that a lot of people have misunderstandings or preconceived

notions of what Christ did for me, and they've already rejected those things.

So what we want to be able to do is speak

intelligently to those things from a solid core of Catholic beliefs. In order to do this,

we have to dive deep into the theology of the cross and resurrection. So I'm looking forward

to this. I already kind of gave one of the talks on the Jewishness of Jesus and how to understand

his sacrifice as a offering

to the father. And so I think it'll be good. It's not just practicals, but it always has practical

application in our spiritual lives. That being said, the second thing I want to talk about today

is the evangelization boot camp.

Evangelization boot camp starts this Sunday and it goes for five days.

So from Sunday to Thursday, Dave and I are going to TikTok.

He's going to do the first one.

I'll do the second one.
