as Israel's war in Gaza and Lebanon continues. Palestinians in Gaza are preparing for a winter

with little aid. Lebanon begins cleaning up as a ceasefire takes effect.

It is day 422 of the war in Gaza, where more than 44,382 Palestinians have been killed.

Israeli attacks on Saturday killed at least 100 Palestinians in Gaza.

On Sunday, Al Jazeera's Hind al-Khoudari provided this update.

There has been another airstrike where more than 40 Palestinians have been killed

yesterday evening where the Israeli forces targeted a six-floor building.

And let me remind you that there is no civil defense teams, there's no paramedics,

there's no ambulances working or operating in the northern Ghazal Strip.

So those 40 Palestinians are the kill found by the neighbors and surrounding relatives.

According to locals and eyewitnesses, that there are other people still trapped under the rubble.

But there is no civil defense teams, so no one is able to retrieve them people surrounding that

area were trying with their bare hands and with tools like and knives and other cooking items

to pull or to help people under the rubble, but they were unable to do that.

There were also a couple of airstrikes in the Gaza city, in El Sabra, and also in a

Nassar neighborhood. But it's not only the fact that the Israeli forces are targeting

different areas across the Gaza Strip. More than one million Palestinians are displaced and currently

living in makeshift camps and shelters. We're talking about more than 10,000 tents that were

completely destroyed in the first couple of days of the winter where it barely rained, to be honest.
