0:00.0	When we saw the unequal pay that Latinas have been facing forever, we thought about how the pandemic on top of all of that.
0:09.5	And then also the mass layoffs that Latinas suffered also.
0:13.1	And I just thought to myself, how are they going to come back from that?
0:17.2	How are they going to come back, reengage with the workforce? And do we want them to come
0:22.5	back to the same situation? No. Jump back in informed so that they know what kind of opportunities
0:29.0	are out there for them and also being able to get equal pay. And then we're going to start
0:34.3	helping them build their own savings, their emergency funds, maybe
0:37.8	their retirement, maybe savings for college, savings for that home that they want to buy.
0:43.4	We knew that something needed to be done. And I just said, enough is enough. I think that you get
0:47.6	to the point where you hear all this bad news. And I think that for people that actually are in
0:53.0	this business of trying to legitimately
0:55.5	help the community, enough is enough. I'm going to stand up and I'm going to try to do something
1:00.4	about this. And it starts with getting people the financial education that they need to make
1:05.7	better informed financial decisions. You can't just Google translated into Spanish. That's the key to what we're doing
