When we saw the unequal pay that Latinas have been facing forever, we thought about how the pandemic on top of all of that.

And then also the mass layoffs that Latinas suffered also.

And I just thought to myself, how are they going to come back from that?

How are they going to come back, reengage with the workforce? And do we want them to come

back to the same situation? No. Jump back in informed so that they know what kind of opportunities

are out there for them and also being able to get equal pay. And then we're going to start

helping them build their own savings, their emergency funds, maybe

their retirement, maybe savings for college, savings for that home that they want to buy.

We knew that something needed to be done. And I just said, enough is enough. I think that you get
