Hey everybody, welcome to the Bridgetown Daily for Thursday, May 21st.

John Mark here, but I am just here to introduce you to one of my oldest and dearest friends,

Johnny Hughes, and his lovely wife, Amy, who together lead a church plant called Trinity

Church in Nottingham, England.

Yes, right in the heart of Robin Hood.

There's a museum there and Sherwood Forest.

I've been there.

I've been with their beautiful new community and a lot of you don't even know Johnny that

well, but he's actually played a key role in the life of our church.

It was through Johnny that I was introduced and our friendship that I was introduced to

the kind of charismatic Anglican stream of the church that has played a very large role

to really give shape to the ethos of what Bridgetown Church is all about.

Beyond that, Johnny is literally one of the most kind, prophetic, loving, fun people I know.

And there's an ocean and a continent between us, which is sad, but we get together at least

once a year.

So thank you so much, Johnny, and Amy, for your generosity with this little devotional
