My name is Nicole and I'm sitting here with my husband Joseph and we're going to do something

a little different today.

Yeah, parents and kids, this daily is for you.

We are going to do a little family listening prayer practice.

So parents, guardians, babysitters, grandparents, older siblings, teachers, whoever.

If you have little ones you're taking care of, feel free to play this for them during

quiet time before bed or next time you're driving in the car and want to give yourself

a break from that frozen soundtrack.

Adults tuning in, this prayer practice is designed to be played for kids and works best

if you're listening along with them and helping them pray through what they're feeling,

dancing or thinking.
