Brian Walsh, who's been missing since. She vanishes after what Brian calls her husband a work emergency trip.

She was working down in D.C. for a luxury real estate firm, but she never reappeared.

Her body has never been found.

Brian Walsh has since pleaded guilty to two lesser charges, misleading police, and improperly disposing of a human body.

However, he says, no way, I didn't murder my wife.

I would never do that.

We had this perfect marriage.

We're talking about it in court today, but he is on trial for first degree murder.

And today is the second day of the trial.
