and they expect this case to only go two more weeks. The judge wanted this case to be done

Christmas holiday, and it looks like that might be possible. But we will see how long it takes

to get through the prosecution's case. And then the big question is, if the defendant

testifies, how long will he be on the stand? We don't know. Today we are going to be

starting with the witness that we left off with on Friday, which is the medical examiner

coroner, and a number of you ask, hey, but they never recovered on a wall. The victim in this case,

true, they didn't. But there's a lot that the M.E.

can test that is not just doing an autopsy. And I imagine that that's what we're going to be

getting into first thing this morning is what else the M.E. can test, what else they can do

testing on because they did recover a lot of things that were soaked in

blood and hair and tissue. So today I think is going to be probably a scientific evidence type of day.
