| 0:00.0 | What does the story you'll always tell about a pet, 206, 803? |
| 0:02.7 | I will say again, I dated a girl that had a, not a Pomeranian. Oh, it starts with a P. It's a little tiny dog. But not a Pomeranian. No, it was made for French kings. Somebody old texts it in. But same thing. They have like longer hair, but it was only seven or eight pounds, but there was, that hair was such a problem. Yeah. |
| 0:22.3 | So the same thing. |
| 0:23.0 | Like if he was wet, |
| 0:24.4 | he had to like... hair, but it was only, it was only seven or eight pounds, but there was, that hair was such a |
| 0:21.3 | problem. Yeah. Same thing. Like, if he was wet, you had to, like, dry him off and stuff. And then he was always, if he had stomach issues, he was getting poo all over those long hair. That's the problem, man. Do you look around the ass of any long hair dog? There's evidence that they're regular. And I like dogs, I do. |
| 0:38.4 | But for a pet, I would never get a long-haired dog. |
| 0:40.8 | Now that I've said that, I'd probably curse myself. But my goal is to never have a long-hand dog. My sister's Italian. So guess what she named these two dogs? Let me guess. Vincent and Anthony. Close. Rocco. Okay. And canoli. Do you have to? I don't know. I mean, what are those? Hey, Rocco. This dog is four pounds. And you named to Rocco. Yeah. That's Rocco right there for sure. What's the story you'll always tell about a pet? 2063 ride hello japon papion yes just came in hello |
| 1:12.8 | Justin welcome to the middrum oh la so speaking along here dogs i've got a malamute i'll |
| 1:20.6 | spend much time with malamute but they do whatever they want so um when i was uh god her he's about |
| 1:26.8 | year old we were in alaska me and my girlfriend the time were going on a hike. And she was off leash because we did all the time up there. And, of course, she spots a porcupine and starts chasing after it. And my girlfriend's like, step between them. I'm like, nope, I'm not going to do that. So, of course, she gets quilled, and we hear |
| 1:45.0 | her screaming and whatever. And we've got her hike two miles back to the car. And in the |
| 1:51.7 | meantime, she jumps in a mud puddle after she's got quills in her face, because I guess it made |
| 1:55.2 | her feel better. And the only vet that was open was a two-hour drive. So we had to drive for two hours. You're not supposed to pull the quills out because it could hurt them. So I'm holding her head up for a two-hour drive with this muddy dog that's screaming at me with the quills. And the best part was she hasn't learned. She's been quilled several more times since then. Jesus Christ. So, like, she gets quilled by a porcupine and is still like, it'll be different this time. I think so, yeah, yeah. She goes after, not anymore we don't live here. Now there's no porcupines, but up there all the time, yeah. And the porcupines, they don't have to be bitten, right? They can kind of spray a couple quills in your direction? They have to make contact, so they always go for the butt. |
| 2:36.1 | And so her face was all covered. I have never seen a pork of pine in the wild. I have once. You do you think in West Virginia going up there. They've got them. Just like one of those things I've never seen. How many quills did they have to pull out of your dog's face? On each of the occasions, you've had to go to the vet? |
| 2:53.1 | Probably 25 or 30. |
| 2:57.7 | One of them was in her throat, so if we would have pulled out, it would have been bad. |
| 3:00.7 | So they completely missed her eyes. |
| 3:05.8 | But that was a lot of quills and a very angry dog. |
| 3:07.1 | They didn't learn her lesson. |
| 3:25.9 | Do you sound like you have a complete lack of sympathy at this point? Did the dog, did the dog seem like it was in pain? No, she seemed like she was mad and wanted to go get the forky pines still. Oh, nice. But you can't physically pull those things out yourself, can you? You can, but they're barbed, so it could get stuck and then they can get infected. |
| 3:27.8 | So just go it to take a little of that. All right. I'm sure they've seen everything. At least we'd wonder, then, what does the bet do? Yeah. I mean, it's still barbed, right? What is the technique to remove it? I don't know, but I know for a fact that when my wife was working up in the VCA, |
