I want to celebrate something with you because I don't do that very often. But, you know, I set a goal for

myself earlier on in this year. And the goal was to reach 100,000 downloads a month. And that was meaningful to me because I've

been running this podcast for six plus years. And, you know, I really wanted to develop the show.

I wanted to develop this podcast into something that was meaningful for people. And I've put a lot into

inviting some exceptional guests on the show to come on and some great conversations, some great stories from some great lessons and learning.

And so it means a lot to me that the show has been growing and that you've been sharing it, that you've been tuning in, that you've been sharing it on Instagram and tagging me and all those things.

But this past month, the month of June, we

reached the goal that I had for 2022. The last three or four months, we've been growing at like 10% a

month. And so we are officially doing a million plus downloads a year. We are doing over 100,000

downloads a month. And that is part and parcel because of you.

It's a huge, huge thank you to you for tuning in, for sharing, and for getting the word out there.

You know, it is true that when you have dedicated people that believe in your mission,

then you can go further, farther, faster than you could if you were

by yourself. And so I just appreciate all of you deeply. I have been doing this for a long time,

and I have put a lot of work into trying to be a better host and build a better show for you to
