Okay, where to start, where to start?

Just finish a six-K run and, hence said Heath, I apologize, my voice is pretty much shot.

I've been talking a lot the last few days.

We had our graduating class in town.

So did their speeches, did a master class.

And of course, last night was the world premiere

of London Reels fifth documentary feature film, Reconect, and look, the evening didn't disappoint.

It was a packed house full of amazing energy.

Just could really feel the vibes in there. I gave a speech

beforehand that just asked people to watch the movie in a different way. This

isn't the cinema, this isn't Netflix. I said this isn't entertainment. This is

transformational content. So try to see something in my struggle on screen and trust me

there was a lot of low moments in my life on that screen. Sometimes it's embarrassing and hard for me to watch even,

even though I've watched it about 800 times.

But it shows a lot of my failings.

And by looking at those, I'm hoping that people can see something in their life that they might want to change or prevent before it gets out of hand.

And look, overall, I was really happy with the movie. I think it's beautiful. It flows really nicely.

There was some really funny moments in there, a lot of laughs, things I didn't expect people to laugh at, some tears in the audience, and so yeah, it was really amazing evening. And again, just like a total first-class red carpet affair.

And Dennis McKenna was awesome.

because he's such an OG gangster of the psychedelic movement.
