Our latest project is called Dissolution and we're talking about the human ego and trying to understand what it is it and how does it inform the things that we do.

What does that word mean to you and ego I think ego is is the construct that you use that you

think you are I'm Dorian Yates I'm male I'm white I'm male, I'm white, I'm a bodybuilder, I'm this, I'm that. It's your self-protrate that you're projecting to the world.

But it's just a story.

It's not really you.

You know, it's just a story, man.

We're all the same thing, what we feel separate and we feel we're just this.

So I think the ego is that the projection to the world and to yourself

what do you believe you are but deep down you're not that because you won't be

forever that is just a story or role that you're playing at the moment

I'm just trying to play a good role a good positive role in this in this game if you

like so do you think if we can separate ourselves from that story then we can maybe look at the bigger picture?

I think that's what we're trying to do, yeah.

You can't do it all the time, but trying to take a step back from the ego and that's the challenge man

is difficult you know and the ego is not always a negative thing like why would you want to win a

competition if you didn't have an ego?

Like, you know?

So the ego helped me to be here now, right?

So again, you can't be too black and white.

But that's how I see the ego.

It's what we think we are, and it can change, right?

I don't think I am who I thought I was before.
