Summary

(00:00-28:55) – The Fan Midday Show opens on Wednesday with Brian and Jimmy weighing their options of trading up one spot for Anthony Richardson and a second or third round pick or stay put at four and draft Will Levis. Plus, they realize that if a team trades with Arizona for the third overall pick, then it would be for Anthony Richardson and NOT Will Levis.

(28:55-42:40) – Brian and Jimmy shift their conversation to something they brought up at the tail end of last segment pertaining to Shane Steichen. They ponder the idea that Steichen could be a bad offensive minded coach that’s looked good because of the talented QB’s that have played for him. They also admitted that he could be a very good offensive minded coach because of the positions he puts his QB’s in.

(42:40-46:13) – Hour one concludes with Brian and Jimmy looking at the inverted NBA standings with the Pacers officially eliminated from playoff contention with three games to left in the season because they want to see the Pacers lose out to improve their chances for the first overall pick.

(46:13-1:12:42) – The Athletic’s James Boyd joins Brian and Jimmy on the Fan Midday Show to breakdown the debate between which QB in Will Levis and Anthony Richardson that he would like to see the Colts draft, what he thinks a draft package would look like for Indianapolis if they wanted to swap picks with Arizona, and what positions he thinks that the Colts will address in the second and third rounds.

(1:12:42-1:25:47) – Brian and Jimmy come back from break looking at the MLB slate of games that are going on or about to start and Brian reveals a bet he placed. However, producer Eddie Garrison tries to talk him out of it. The guys then transition to Scott Scheffler’s Master’s dinner menu after discussing the price to get to attend the golf tournament along with the spectator menu.

(1:25:47-1:33:42) – The one o’clock hour concludes with Brian and Jimmy discussing a Matt Miller promo running on The Fan from Kevin & Query where he states that Will Levis could play with a chip on his shoulder because of everyone hyping up the other prospects and not him. Brian asks Jimmy that if it matters that a player has a chip on the shoulder or if it just comes down to talent and dedication to get better.

(1:33:42-1:58:03) – Fox Sports Radio’s betting analyst Jared Smith joins Brian and Jimmy on the day before the start of The Masters to highlight some of his best bets for the tournament, why he would suggest betters to stay away from betting the outright winner to put on the green jacket, which four golfers he would take to win, and what props are starting to become the popular bets when it comes to golf. Additionally, they transition into how he’s done betting the MLB and NBA recently.

(1:58:03-2:14:30) – ESPN.com’s Josh Weinfuss joins Jimmy and Brian to provide some insight knowledge as to what the Arizona Cardinals are going to do with that third overall pick, who they would select if they don’t trade back, which move he would say is the best move for the franchise with a new head coach and general manager, and whether they expect Kyler Murray to be back this season when healthy.

(2:14:30-2:57:29) – The final segment of the show is spent with the JCook Plays of the Day and Brian sharing a story a better winning big on the UConn Huskies capturing the National Championship!
