Now, weeks after complaints and a lawsuit from immigrants' rights groups, a federal judge has

ordered the Trump administration to make changes,

from limiting crowding to guaranteeing three meals a day.

The order lasts through August 26th, but the judge's questions in court suggest doubts about whether ICE will comply

and about why the public, including members of Congress, have been kept from seeing inside.
