So as I mentioned earlier, I'm on my deck, getting a little sun.

I didn't feel well yesterday and getting ready for NFL kickoff between the Giants

and the Chargers. Congratulations to Jackson Dart and the Big Blue. They did lose neighbors for the season,

but that was a big win over the Chargers yesterday. And I get texts from about five different people,

including Chris Summerfeld from the New York Daily News.

And he goes, are you getting any messages that Eric Adams is about to drop out today?

So I made a phone call or two to City Hall and I found out that it was true, that he was dropping out.

And he did.

And, you know, we knew it was coming. He called Curtis Lewa a clown last week for intimating that he was about to drop out, but he didn't look. You guys know I've had an up and down

relationship with the mayor for years. We did patch things up a couple of months ago. We're good now.

But the idea that all these people are messaging on Twitter and Instagram, Bill

Ackman and social influencers, thank you for the great job that you did, is so ridiculous,

so ridiculous.

Because if Eric Adams had really done such a terrific job, he would not be in fourth place, he would not have to drop out

at this point. I mean, come on, enough ready with the Biden and he was targeted. I mean, enough.
