Now, if you didn't know the backstory here, LSU is really trying to get Kelly to accept some sort of buyout so they don't have to pay him 54 million.

I'll say buyout, some sort of settlement to the buyout, so they don't have to pay the $54 million to Brian Kelly.

I have no idea why he would do this.

Like every time I hear this story about a settlement, I'd like to know why, like in what universe would he do this?
