Summary

On this episode of NFL Players: Second Acts podcast, hosts Charles Tillman and Roman Harper sit down with former quarterback Brian Griese. Brian explains how he dealt with the pressure of replacing Hall of Fame quarterback John Elway as the Denver Broncos starter in the late 90s and shares the lessons he took away from that experience. Brian also discusses his experience as a quarterbacks coach for the 49ers and how he helped develop Brock Purdy. Then Brian shares the struggle of losing his mother at a young age and how that inspired him to found Judi’s House a foundation that supports grieving children and families.

The NFL Players: Second Acts podcast is a production of the NFL in partnership with iHeart Media.
