So today I'm joined by a real estate entrepreneur born in South Carolina raised in Tennessee and after a short stint in the corporate world he started his own business flipping houses and buying rentals and after systemizing the business to run without his physical presence, he tested the theory by moving to Colorado, where he currently lives.
