is going to be doing some work with me on East Byron, and he and I do a bunch of deliveries

Paul has been doing some interviews with me and for me for the podcast, have had some feedback about

that. So I know lots of you enjoy listening to me on the show, and some of you had said you really

I'm going to hand it over to Paul, who interviews Brian Duff, a yacht broker who both of us are

mutual friends with, actually. Brian's from Annapolis. The connection with me is that Brian started

southbound yacht rigging many years ago, and I ended up working for Mike Meir, who bought

southbound yacht rigging from Brian Duff. So I never actually

worked for Brian, but I worked for his company for a while. That's how I learned to become a

rigor. And Mike then sold southbound to Port Annapolis Marina. So it's all kind of connected here.

And Brian has since moved down to Tortola. He sailed his, he sailed his Westdale 32 for a while. His dad had a schooner.

He's very deep in the sailing industry. He's been sailing his whole life. Now he's a broker down

there and actually opened up another resort in Trellis Bay called the Last Resort, a little

island out in the middle of Trellis Bay, where incidentally, Paul keeps his boat moored.
