You know, we made some news and we had Brian Davis on the show,

roughly a month ago.

He said that he wanted to buy the commanders and he had $7 billion in cash,

ready to roll.

And we caught some flak for having him on the show,

whatever most people think he's a joke.

Well, just to give you an update on what happened over the weekend,

Brian Davis and his group, they are suing Bank of America for $500 billion.

Which I believe what I said on air was I thought his approach.

It became obvious as we were talking.

I was like, oh, this guy's just setting up a lawsuit.

I didn't know he was necessarily going to sue the bank.

I don't know who he was going to sue.

But it seemed like he was interjecting himself and putting himself out there
