0:14.4	Good. Thanks for having me on, John. It's great to have you. So we have a mutual friend in
0:19.6	Daemon West and we know that Daemon has an incredible story and so do you. You want to share just
0:26.7	some of your stories so that we could get familiar with you? Sure. Well, I'm a lawyer by trade,
0:31.9	but I don't practice law anymore. And my kind of journey to being a positive me took me through
0:39.3	to reading disorders as a freshman at Penn State, cocaine addiction,
0:44.7	a my first of two trips to a psychiatric hospital in 2005 after a near-suicide attempt,
0:50.4	three failed marriages, one more. I get a free set of steak knives and jail arrested. And then finally,
0:58.6	I began my recovery journey in 2007, April 8th. And all of that will try to be a practicing lawyer
1:06.0	and, you know, have relationships with, you know, significant others and my family. So it was
1:13.8	an up and down journey. So we know that you have a famous brother, Mark Cuban.
1:18.8	Yes. Well, this is happening. Is your family trying to help you? Are they pulling their
1:25.0	hair out frustrated with what you're doing? There was a point where, yes, in the, I kind of
1:32.4	distance myself from them in terms of just, you know, going out and party and doing cocaine
1:38.4	and doing all those things. And then in the summer of 2000, but all of that, John was not me,
1:45.2	right? I had no sense of self. I had no self identity. And so even with all of that going out,
1:51.1	my brother owns a mask, my last name's Cuban, I was dying inside and I was lonely. And I decided
1:57.9	in 2005 that I would be doing my family a favor by ending my life by suicide. And at the urging
2:03.9	of a friend who got a very disturbing email from me, my two brothers, my younger brother, Jeff
2:08.8	first came in my house and I had a 45 automatic on my nightstand and those cocaine everywhere. And
2:14.3	you know, all the accoutrements that go with that. And they hauled me down to my first of two trips
2:19.2	to a local psychiatric hospital. And that was when at the first time it was really in their face,
