| 1:14.5 | on May 25th in Minneapolis, recent reports show that as many as 35 to 40 million people participated |
| 1:21.5 | in protests during that six, seven, eight week period. And I would say half of them maybe were participating in a protest for the first time. |
| 1:33.3 | And our whole view of socialism or socialist consciousness or political consciousness is that |
| 1:39.3 | consciousness grows when people are involved in struggle. If people are just at home going about their business, |
| 1:48.1 | trying to survive as most working class people are trying to do, or distracted by the things |
| 1:54.8 | that the ruling class would like to distract people with, even if they hear socialist ideas, socialist analysis, it won't necessarily |
| 2:03.6 | lead them to becoming socialists or to becoming radicals or to becoming revolutionaries or to becoming |
