a little bit about yourself to start? I am a New Yorker who married a Nashville girl. We met in

school, lived in Northeast for a bit. We both went to grad school up in Boston. My wife, like every other

Nashville woman in history, wanted to move back home. So we relocated to Nashville 15 years ago.

And my wife's family has a single family office based here. And it was through joining the family

that I got exposure to private equity, venture

capital, commercial real estate, etc. And I practiced law for a number of years. And I started the

company 11 years ago now. And we are a commercial real estate syndication platform. And we raise

capital on a deal by deal basis

from a network of individuals, families, boutique wealth management firms. And we try to do three

things, give people access to direct co-investment opportunities, achieve a double-digit

cash on cash yield that we distribute monthly. And then we do everything we

can to leverage all the tax benefits that come from direct real estate ownership and pass those

benefits through to our investors themselves. So let's talk a little bit about the commercial
