little progress appears to have been made those thornyy issues of citizens' rights, the exit bill, and the role of the European Court of Justice have stymied progress. Meanwhile Liam Fox, the International Trade Secretary, has been talking up the opportunities for Brexit

Downing Street again. George Parker let's begin with the Brexit talks. These things were always going to be full of drama, both sides.
