Hello everyone. Well, we're back from our first ever Brett Con event, which we held in Guilford, England, and we thought, while the events are still semi-fresh in our minds, we should do a little trip report and share a bit about our adventures abroad, especially for those who couldn't make it.

It really was a magical event for us just to be around so many people who worked on the show,

who starred in the show, and also so many listeners and fellow fans.

I don't know. It was really an experience unlike any other I've ever had.

But let's back up. I mean, where do you guys want to start? Where should we start this thing? You know, I guess't know, it was really an experience unlike any other I've ever had. But let's back up.

You know, I guess my question was maybe the thing I was most curious about or worried about

and actually some feedback we've received since was how would people take to Americans

talking about a British icon in British land?

Actually, we've received so many emails from people since the event, you know, from the guests, from the attendees.

And we actually received an email from a listener by the name of Brian Smith.

And I can't remember the exact quote, but he said something like, you know, it took to Americans to put on an event like this without any of the underlying irony that would have been present had it been run only by the British. So that was a great compliment. It wasn't entirely an American run production. Yeah, no, no. Regardless of nationality and stuff, no one else was going to do it. So we had to do it.

Well, I think that was the whole point. I think we were all, I mean, the three of us included,

everyone was waiting for some magical Granada land 40th celebration to properly celebrate this

thing. And it just kept not happening. I think it turned out great. And I don't know. I mean,

there's so much we could talk about,

but maybe we can start the day before the event, since that's when we, you know, started setting up

and that's when the festivities kind of began. I don't know. That seems like a pretty good place to

start. Yeah. So I came in a little early and met with David, and we started setting up as much

as we could pop to do so
