Everyone else, what's going on? How are you? I hope you're doing okay. It's been gray and rainy

here all day in Pennsylvania. And it feels a little bit expressive of how the last week was too. I mean,

nothing bad happened, but boy, does it feel like an ongoing strain? I don't know how it's been

for you. I think part of it for me is that I'm feeling what I guess I would describe is a form of grief.

I've just been feeling sad.

And it has to do with the state of what I used to call the yoga world.

You know, having this show, as I've mentioned before,

originally before it was a podcast, it was a blog.

And I wrote every month.

And for those of you who were younger and maybe don't remember,

there was a very fruitful time on the internet

that I used to call the blogosphere.

we would write a year-end wrap-up of like what's going on

in the yoga world and we would recap any sort of like significant kind of things that were being
