and his rise through the ranks of the conservative legal establishment. As listeners of the show, surely remember, Kavanaugh was accused during his confirmation hearings in 2018 of sexually assaulting a young woman during a teenage party.

During those hearings, Kavanaugh presented himself as the victim of a smear campaign.

My family and my name have been totally and permanently destroyed by vicious and false additional accusations. In the end, Kavanaugh was confirmed, and now he's on the court for life.
