Brendan, how have you recovered from the excitement, the madness that we had in game seven between Boston and Miami yesterday?

You're implying that I have recovered. I feel awful. This is this is not fun. I got two hours of sleep last night. I got up today to do the show. We talked about it for four hours.

I've been heckled nonstop on social media. It was honestly, it's one of the most painful losses in the sports team. I think I've had probably since, you know, festival, Miami Hurricanes getting a hose by a passenger variance call, you know, and that's the only thing I can compare to having the championship ripped away by a flag other than, you know, last night, you know, the building is jumping.

It looks impossible. They're all the sudden making a run. It's true. It's a three. They get the stop. Jimmy comes down and he's been the man all playoffs. He pulls up for that three. I feel like it's going in. And it's just short. And it was a heartbreaker. It was it was crushing.

Are you referring to the Willis McGay game? Is that how far back you just went? Like this is the most painful game since then. Is that right?

I think it is, man. Like I was trying, because like, there's been painful losses. Don't get me wrong. Like, you know, like, it sucked, it sucked losing in like 2011 when everybody hated the heat and people are mocking LeBron James. But like that was a six gate series.

I'm talking about like budget beater, loss, end of your season, just the thought of that. Like you, you, you have a championship or a shot of it at a championship in your grasp.

And yeah, I'm trying to think of like the finality of like heat fans, probably Alan Houston, but that was in this kind of stakes. And, you know, you have on the back of it, just such an epic performance of Jimmy getting into a game seven.

So, yeah, man, I think it I think that's probably what is this ranks for for my defense.

So as you look at this series and what the heat were able to do with that banged up roster, fighting through any manner of injuries and you start to look at this heat team and say, all right.

What are we go this year? What can we do next year? They find themselves kind of toward the bottom of the top 10 NBA futures odds for the championship next year. What do you think the future is for the Miami Heat?
