On today's college football inquirer, Brendan Sorsby, the Texas Tech quarterback, sues the NCAA after admitting he bet on his own team while in Indiana.

Plus, the score act is dead, but could a bill in the Senate give the schools what they want?

Or might the SEC and the Big Ten consider breaking away?

Ross is in Southern California at the Big Ten meetings right now.

But a lot of the action in college football taking place in love of Texas,

because that is where Texas Tech quarterback Brennan Sorsby has sued the NCAA.

We thought this was coming.

But it is very interesting because there was a lot of documentation in that lawsuit, including

an affidavit from Britten Sorsby, where he explained while at Indiana.

He did bet on Indiana football games.

And he also explained that while at Cincinnati, he bet on pretty much everything.

Turkish basketball, obscure tennis doubles matches, and, of course, the Nathan's hot dog eating

contests. Who among us? Who among us? Good thing he's in treatment. I guess not a laughing

matter in a way. If you're betting on those things and betting 40, 50 times a day, it seems to be you

have a problem. Yeah, this is, Annie, I'm going to

kind of push this into a little bit more of a serious area that you guys remember the Charles

Bettyaco case, which feels like a thousand years ago, which I believe was like three months

ago or something. You know, we have kind of established a line on this show of things that are debatable,
