Both the defense and the Commonwealth have arrested their cases in the trial of Brendan Banfield.

He took the stand today the second time testifying in his own defense.

He's a former IRS agent who says he had

no idea that his wife Christine was allegedly talking to a man on a fetish dating website before

her death. But prosecutors say Banfield was the one behind that dating profile. They say he used

it to lure another man to their home in order to have

violent sex with his wife and for that guy to be the fall guy for the murder. The Commonwealth
