Supreme Court to hear the oral arguments about the Donald Trump insurrection case. Can he even

appear on the ballot? And he's predicting a, well, I won't give it away. You can hear Ken in a little

bits. Great stuff. You won't get that analysis anywhere else, literally. No one else.

No media outlet will tell you anything about the 14th Amendment and the third clause and the history of it and who wrote it and what it originally said and what they meant.

No analysis anywhere else, which is unfortunate, but I'm glad we can do it here.

So we'll do that next.

First, I want to play this for you. Yesterday we talked about personal responsibility

and with all this, so this ties into that.

Also, all this border talk, it's hard to go to the place

that all of this is being done on purpose.

But after all this border talk the last few days you can't fail this bad we just can't and if you

just let yourself think for a moment that instead this is being done on purpose you realize that

these people doing it are actually succeeding they're're crushing it. They're doing great.

And it all makes a lot more sense.

So that's true with the border,

and it's true with this topic as well. I'm going to do. We just spent a good amount of time talking about the oral arguments that are taking

This is about the 14th Amendment Clause 3, the Colorado case that's keeping him off the ballot

saying you can't even vote for him because Donald Trump led an insurrection.
