Our guest today is Breezy Johnson, who of course just won the gold medal in the

Alpine Ski Racing downhill event at these past Olympic Games, and Breezy also, of course, won a gold medal in Salbach at the 2025 World

Championships. So today, Breezy and I will be talking about winning gold, but also in this

conversation, you are going to hear her describe the experience of skiing in what I think is the most powerful

and beautiful terms that I have ever heard in my entire life.

Now, of course, life isn't only filled with gold medals and euphoric experiences on snow.

We all will experience highs and lows, and

Breezy and I talk a good bit about that fact, and you'll hear how she tries to navigate

and mitigate both, and she offers today a perspective that I think will be helpful for many

of us to learn from.

We have been so fortunate for more than a decade now to have had so many fantastic conversations
