we need to breathe through. I know times are tricky right now, you understand? We're still in

this pandemic, we all have our own individual worries and problems. And we may feel like we are

racing time. I know I feel like that often. We may feel like we are racing time trying to get

our financial situation better. Maybe we are going through a breakup, trying to breeze right

through the grief, trying to breeze right through the pain, understand. We may try to breeze right

through our own growth because we want to be better, we want to be our best version of

ourselves, we want to be successful, we want to be somebody that people look at and say, wow,

and we're trying to breeze right through. But my friend, the only solution is to breathe through

and understand. And I know sometimes when we talk about the breath, it can seem cliche or it can

seem cornea times. But to me, the breath is powerful. Understand, I do a breath or practice

every single morning because I realize that our spirit is in our breath, that is our power,

that is our life force. Understand? We can go with a food for a whole week, understand people, do

it people fast. But how long can you go without your breath? Right? Not very long. So our power

is in our breath and anytime we need to bring ourselves back to a centered place, back to the present

moment and remind ourselves that our presence has purpose, we can do that through our breath,

we understand. By having intention with our breath, take a moment today, take a moment and

just truly feel your breath. And you will see by my friend, all the power, all the confidence,

everything that you need to execute this next step is already within you.
